Become the best version of yourself!


Specially developed for Generation Magnets and ideal if you, as a member of our tribe, want to start working on your personal development right away.


The challenge offers 36 rooms, each with a different challenge. Each challenge is unique, sometimes completely out-of-comfort but always with impact, a specific learning theme and holistic.

Each assignment ends with a test or trial. Only when you pass these will the next room be unlocked. So no shortcuts and no skipping a room. The challenge helps you to actively work on the challenges in your work environment.


What exactly can you expect? Unfortunately, if we tell you, it's not really a challenge anymore. But you can join our room at Clubhouse. There, we regularly host a room about the Challenge and there is a Q&A. But there is only one 'real' way: join and experience.
